LEARNING approach
The approach to teaching is that of coaching and facilitation, building knowledge based on the capacities and interests of each individual. Students learn from each other and from expert guest teachers.
The education explores subjects through the passions and interests of each individual. Students will find the process challenging, stimulating and rewarding, which makes learning become engaging and fun. The individual performance at any level may vary greatly and not be depending on age at all. The education reflects each individual’s uniqueness.

LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
The International Entrepreneurship Education uses the boarding school form as the best way to build a community. It is important and necessary to learn to focus on one’s own strengths by getting to know oneself inside the framework of such a community. This community teaches students to apply positive psychology and strength-based management, where wellbeing creates efficiency and results create wellbeing. When students learn to allocate energy, time and tasks where their strengths come into play, they will find it pays off with regard to performance, innovation, wellbeing and efficiency, and that this will ultimately be readable on the bottom line of their businesses.
This International Entrepreneurship Education uses successful entrepreneurs as mentors. It is important to ‘walk the talk’ and ‘practice as you preach’ in every respect, so that the students experience alignment between the ideas and their implementation.
